Quick answer: To do the tip toeing in my Jordans dance, shush at the camera, grin, then rise onto the balls of your feet and tiptoe slowly with your arms out.

Tip toeing in my Jordans dance: Rumpelstiltskin mid-tiptoe with arms out — The move everyone copies: shush, grin, arms out, tiptoe.

The tip toeing in my Jordans dance is the sneaky tiptoe from the AI Rumpelstiltskin clip. It takes ten seconds to learn and it now shows up everywhere, from school hallways to NFL end zones.

How to do the tip toe dance

The shush. Look straight at the camera, finger to your lips.
The grin. Big, smug, slightly guilty. This is what sells it.
The tiptoe. Rise onto the balls of your feet, arms out to the sides like you are balancing, and take slow, exaggerated steps.
The jig. End with a quick little bounce or spin, as the imp does before he breaks into his dance.

Time the first step to the hook of RiFF RAFF's "Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz" and you have the whole meme.

NFL tip toe celebrations: Bhayshul Tuten and Mike Evans

In October 2026 Jacksonville Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten scored a touchdown and celebrated by tiptoeing through the end zone with his teammates, recreating the Rumpelstiltskin dance. Bleacher Report and Yahoo Sports covered the clip, and it pushed the dance to a whole new audience.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans got there too: after a touchdown in Seattle he tiptoed across the end zone, and TikTok fans quickly nicknamed him "Mr. Tiptoe". Expect more players to copy it as the meme keeps spreading.

Tips for filming your own

Shoot side-on so the tiptoe steps are easy to see.
Socks on a smooth floor or real Jordans on grass both work; oversized sneakers are funnier.
Groups: line up and tiptoe one after another, like the Jaguars did.
